PLH L53

The Linseis PLH L53 is a Periodic Laser Heating system for precise thermal conductivity and diffusivity measurements of thin layers (10–500 µm). It uses amplitude-modulated diode laser heating and IR detection to evaluate cross-plane and in-plane heat transport, as well as specific heat capacity. With the ability to detect anisotropy and inhomogeneity, it is ideal for materials such as metals, ceramics, polymers, and films used in batteries, hydrogen applications, and microelectronics. Automated multi-sample handling and intuitive software ensure high accuracy and efficiency up to 300 °C.
