The Rigaku Computed Tomography microscope CT nano3DX sets a new standard for laboratory-based high-speed and high-resolution X-ray imaging systems, providing up to 100 times more X-ray flux than conventional sources. As a result, it offers faster and more accurate sub-micron 2D, 3D, and 4D measurements, as well as phase-contrast investigations on a wide range of sample types.
