ZSX Primus IV

The Rigaku ZSX Primus IV is a high-end WDXRF spectrometer dedicated for the analysis of all sample types, but more specifically for solid state samples. The tube above concept stands for reduced maintenance, as it avoids contamination of the X-ray tube and the other optical components, resulting in low cost of ownership. Special sample cups allow the analysis of liquid samples or loose powders. With its high power and optimized driving motors, it offers a high sample throughput.
