ZSX Primus IVi

The Rigaku ZSX Primus IVi is a compact high-end tube below WDXRF spectrometer dedicated for the analysis of all sample types, but more specifically for liquids and loose powders. With its high power and optimized driving motors, it offers a high sample throughput. An optional Smart Sample Loading System (SSLS) allows a sample load of up to 138 samples of different size and preparation type, while maintaining a small footprint. Specialized software modules allow the accurate analysis of a wide variety of samples.
