Simultix15

The Rigaku Simultix 15 is a high-end simultaneous WDXRF spectrometer dedicated for high throughput analysis on an industrial level. The tube above concept stands for reduced maintenance, as it avoids contamination of the X-ray tube and the other optical components, resulting in low cost of ownership. In a basic configuration up to 30 elements can be measured simultaneously. Additional diffraction channels and scanning goniometers can be added to maximize analytical flexibility. The Simultix 15 can easily be integrated in a fully automated production control environment.
